What formats do you accept for a bill of materials?
We accept Excel (.xls/.xlsx), PDF, Word (.doc/.docx), CSV and plain-text lists. You can also paste the BOM directly into the message field or send it via WhatsApp. Our engineers will extract the part numbers and specifications regardless of format.
Do you show prices on the website?
No. Bearing prices vary significantly by quantity, lead time, brand and project requirements. We work in inquiry-only mode -- send us your BOM and we will return a complete priced quotation, usually within 24 hours.
Can you supply multiple brands in one order?
Yes. That is our core service. We consolidate SKF, FAG, NSK, NTN, TIMKEN, INA, IKO, Koyo and Nachi into a single purchase order, single invoice and single shipment -- replacing the need to manage five or more separate vendors.
How do you handle delivery scheduling for large projects?
We align delivery batches to your construction, installation or commissioning milestones. Partial shipments can be coordinated on request. We track each line item and proactively flag any lead-time risks before they affect your schedule.
What documentation is included with each shipment?
Standard documentation includes material certificates, dimensional and clearance inspection records, traceability files, packing lists and customs paperwork (HS codes, country of origin). Additional documentation such as EN 10204 3.1 certificates can be arranged on request.
Do you provide engineering support after delivery?
Yes. Our application engineers are available through commissioning and into operation. We can assist with installation guidance, re-lubrication intervals and failure-mode analysis if a bearing issue arises during operation.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to more than 60 countries, with strong experience in Belt and Road markets including Russia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Southeast Asia. We prepare all export documentation before dispatch.
