Q-01 / Bearing Selection

Technical selection before quotation

01 How do you select bearings for a project bill of materials?

Every position is reviewed against its real load, speed, temperature and environment. We check fit, clearance and lubrication before any price is issued, so the quotation reflects a validated selection rather than a catalogue match.

02 What information should I send to get a selection and quotation?

The most useful starting point is your bill of materials or equipment list. Where available, please also include:

  • Operating load, speed and temperature
  • Environment (dust, moisture, chemicals, washdown)
  • Drawings, existing bearing designations or target brands
  • Required standards and project documentation

Incomplete data is not a blocker. Our engineers will flag what needs confirming.

03 Can you propose alternatives to a brand specified in my BOM?

Yes. We review equivalent options position by position and explain the technical differences. Nothing is substituted without your written confirmation.

Q-02 / Multi-Brand BOM

One supplier for a multi-brand bill of materials

01 Which brands can be consolidated into a single order?

SKF, FAG, NSK, NTN, TIMKEN, INA, IKO, Koyo and Nachi can be supplied together under one bill of materials, with one point of accountability.

02 Do you supply more than bearings?

Yes. Power transmission components such as linear guides, ball screws, bearing housings, seals, lubricants and lubrication systems can be added to the same package. Application-specific bearings are also covered, including precision and high-speed, heavy-duty and split, stainless steel and hybrid ceramic types.

03 What changes for my procurement team when we consolidate?

Typically five vendors and five sets of shipping documents become one. You get one supplier responsible for availability, delivery coordination and paperwork across every line of the BOM.

Q-03 / Delivery Scheduling

Delivery aligned to project milestones

01 Can delivery be aligned with construction or commissioning dates?

Yes. Schedules are planned around your construction, installation or commissioning milestones, so parts arrive when the site needs them.

02 Do you support partial shipments?

Partial shipments can be coordinated on request. We agree the shipment sequence with you in advance, and each shipment carries its own documentation.

03 How do you make sure every BOM line is available at the same time?

Availability across all lines and brands is checked as part of the selection stage. We then return a full selection, pricing and delivery plan together, so you can see the whole picture before committing.

Q-04 / Export Documentation

Documentation that survives inspection

01 Which project documents do you provide?

Material certificates, dimensional and clearance records, traceability files and complete customs paperwork, prepared for project and inspection requirements.

02 When is export documentation prepared?

Before dispatch. Certificates, HS codes and origin documents are ready on arrival, so goods are not held up at customs or at site receiving.

03 Do you ship to Belt and Road markets?

Yes. We serve customers in more than 60 countries, with strong coverage in Russia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Southeast Asia.

Q-05 / After Commissioning

Support through commissioning and into operation

01 Who supports my project after the order is placed?

A dedicated application engineer with 10+ years of bearing application and failure-analysis experience is assigned to your project and stays involved through commissioning.

02 Do you offer long-term spare-part support?

Yes. Long-term spare-part support is part of every package, so your maintenance team can reorder from the same supplier using the same documentation.

03 What if a bearing fails in service?

Send us the failed part details and operating conditions. Our engineers can support failure analysis and help recommend corrective selection, fit or lubrication changes.
